Our latest retail project challenged our expertise in large format store design. A vast, high end Mom and Pop store called on IDG to evaluate their present store’s layout and design. They had recently experienced reduced sales and had noted that their demographic target – the 30 – 50 year olds - were not frequenting their store. IDG toured the store and addressed their following concerns: displays and vignettes lacked organization, sku’s needed to be reduced/ edited, new track/accent led lighting, use a more neutral palette to focus on product and a new space plan to organize the traffic flow.
